Casting Instructions for 'Crystal healing spell'

First, light the candle and let it burn for a minute. It acts as a source of energy to draw from. Hold the crystal in your palm and close your eyes. Imagine the crystal's natural energy flowing into you like a stream, finding its way to the sore spot in your being or to your nerve endings, even to your heart. Add your own energy to that of the crystal's, imagine the energy healing the hurt and numbing the pain as it travels throughout your body. If you so wish, chant the following every other moment.
It definitely helps... but seeing as those 'abilities' are skills that develop over time, a person will also develop those connections and sensitivities while practicing exercises like this one.
Some other crystals one can use for this exercise; Tourmaline, Labradorite, Blue or Green Kyanite, Amethyst, Kundalini stones, Herkimer Diamond (a small, double-terminated quartz), and of you can find/afford it Moldovite.
Some crystals, however, will hold on to the emotions and energies you are working with. So it is a good idea to cleanse the crystal you use in between meditative sessions. Some are self-managing, like Kyanite Herkimer or Moldovite, but ones that are silicone/quarts based (other than Herkimer... for some reason) do need some care. It can be simple, at least. Let them rest where they can be in direct sunlight and moonlight, and it will help them be clear and ready to help session after session.
