Casting Instructions for 'Creating a Psi Tendril'

You will need the following items for this spell:

Start by rubbing your palms together to stimulate the chakras.
Next, you will need to move chi from your center to your palms, taking long deep breaths in through your nose and out of your mouth.
Continue pushing chi to your palms and breathing this way until your palms are tingling or you have a pins & needles sensation in them.
At this point you will begin pushing the energy out of your hands in the form of small energy filiments.
Focus on these filiments and sending chi through them, as you do this the filiments will grow.
Try attaching the filiments to something with chi or energy in it, pulling the energy through it, making the tendril stronger and thicker the more you use it.

You may also want to try sending thoughts, charged energies, or emotions through the tendril.

What can this be used for?

Not a spell, but an instruction on how to manipulate and focus energy. I would like it to be expanded upon to help teach further, but as is, it is a fine start. If you can focus and feel the energy being shaped in your hands, you can use it to charge objects, as well as placing this energy on sore muscles or minor injuries to speed healing.

Hey, I might just be doing this wrong, but how do I know this is working? I've tried this very thing before and not much has happened, is there something that should be happening visually or something like that? Because I'm honestly none the wiser to if this is doing anything.

@ alexusdrexel, I am sorry I just saw this. Energy work is one of the best places to start since it is the building block of spell casting.

@ HCD6, you might require more grounding if you feel literally nothing. If you are in your head and not your body, you would miss the subtle changes. Ask yourself throughout the day how you feel. Take a minute to ground yourself. This can be done in several ways. The most common Witchy way would be imagining roots from you burrowing into the ground, but that can be tricky for some. Box breathing, where you take four breaths in a slow four count in, four count hold, four count out and four count hold can ground you. I would do that and then the five, four, three, two, one method. Stop and ask yourself what is five things you see, four things you can touch, three you can hear, two you can smell, and one thing you can taste. After a week or two, try energy work. Ground yourself, then have energy enter your body, and try to make a psi ball. You should feel warmth, tingling, static, a slight push or pulsing in your hands, and/or possible more excited because you have charged energy. There could be other signs unique to you, but those are the most common.


Its its the beginning of energy transfer, as will as shielding.
