Hold two fingers up and put them near your mouth. Say 3x:

These fingers cure pain where ever they touch. No pain when they're there. This is my will, so mote it be

While chanting this, visualize all your energy going out of your mouth through your voice and into those fingers. After done chanting the given phrase, put these fingers where ever the pain is and it should relieve the pain. You can do this for other people as well.

This actually worked really well, it especially helps when I'm in a fight, cause then I can just lay my fingers down and it stops hurting.

Why a fight? Just help the ones you care about. Although, I might not understand the circumstances of the fight, I suggest using this for helping others or in an emergency situation.
