This tea works equally well for soothing anger. It lasts indefinitely when stored in a jar with a screw on lid

Casting Instructions for 'Anger Relief Tea'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 2 tbsp catnip
  • 2 tbsp lemon balm
  • 5 tbsp chamomile
  • 4 tbsp lavender
  • 4 tbsp rose petals
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vervain

Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Use two tablespoons of tea for every cup of water. As the tea steeps , chant : "Fiery anger go away. Calmness come, and with me stay. Soothe my mind so I can think. Steel peace of mind within this drink ". Sweeten tea with honey if desired

I feel your anger should subside in the time it takes for this to steep. I would make this mix beforehand so you have a jar prepared when needed. Also, be aware these items are all food safe. Rose petals specifically could have pesticide on them. Even if this does not work, it sounds like a soothing tea to try whenever you wish to relax.
