Get few strands of hair of your crush. Keep them in a small bowl filled with rose water. Then after two days put few strands of your own hair in the bowl. Then chant:
(name) MOKO PAAME PUNITA HO (your name).
Chant these 360 times everyday for 7 days. On the 8th day cover the bowl with mud so that the hair strands are buried in the bowl. Then only this is done. Write with red ink your name and target's name. Keep the bowl undisturbed in a secured place in your room.

What does the chant mean? And, isn't repeating it 360 times per day a bit much?
