Works very well, but must be used when washing your face, and just prevents more from popping up.

what if you have severely sensitive skin

Since this spell does not specify the type of face wash, you could use any type that does not irritate your skin. Hold it in your hand and pool energy into the soap so it is charged for when you use it.

The chant makes no sense in the context of the spell. A chant with a facewash you have also charged with magik could help reduce the appearance of your acne. Perhaps even cast a glamour so people perceive your skin and clearer. Do not expect instant results, and I doubt this does much as is, but try it for yourself and see.
