By concentrating on the person, does that person has to be in front of you? Can you visualize/have a picture of the person instead?

No, the person does not have to be in front of you. I would doubt the veracity of the spell as it tries to manipulate another person. There are reasons a relationship will not work aside from the feelings of the people involved.

Incomplete. As outlined, this does not work. You need to charge energy, focus on your goal, have something that represents you and your lover. Just saying ''please love me'' once, does nothing. There is no energy behind it, nothing that directs the energy towards your target, nothing that makes this a spell in any way.
