I can see a coven teaching this kind of stuff but not one who only focuses on this subject. In my own opinion that wouldn't leave enough room for the coven to grow if that's all they taught.

I agree with the above. That's a very narrow focus for a coven. Though, it might be more beneficial to gather a group of 3-5 or so members to study and practice these workings with if you're set on such a small focus for teachings.

Be it individual or coven work, I think limiting yourself to such a narrow area of study is a waste of time and resources. There is so much one can do with magic and so many areas and branches of it that can be utilized; it seems a shame to focus on such a small aspect of it such as what you've mentioned here. If money and luck spells are something that interest you, by all means, explore it. However, I would suggest not limiting yourself to just that one aspect of magic. Explore, delve deep into the mysteries of magic, and I assure you you'll find it far more fulfilling than if you were to limit yourself.

You can ask your coven to focus on this field of study for a month or two. You cannot create another group on this site unfortunately. You might also consider forming a study group in the forums, chat or messenger to learn from one another. If I were you, I would get about five people together who are also interested in this type of Magic and work together to learn.
