Meditation.

I’ve been meditating daily for many man months now, and I’ve always incorporated void, grasshopper, and white light meditations into my daily practice. Curious to see how others meditate, and what tips and advice they have for different types of meditation.

I use hand gestures, mantras, and breathing techniques during my meditations. I try to tap into different energies in my body and unite them with other aspects of myself to harmonize my inner equilibrium. I enjoy meditating when sitting on a hard surface like the floor or a rock, and I use my posture to assist with the channeling and raising of energy.

It might be an interesting approach, but I've started using guided hypnosis from YouTube videos to help me get to a state of trance. I find it's hard for me to meditate on my own without thinking too hard into what I'm doing. If I have a voice guiding me to relax and get to the point where I can have a raw experience without my podding skepticism ruining it, then I feel like I'm heading in the right direction.

Hello. I am an avid meditator who is glad to hear that you’re incorporating the practice in your routine. Regarding meditation, I would recommend chakra balance, mindfulness, gratitude and visualization. I started off by listening to guided meditations on YouTube, and the music they played helped bring me into a deeper trance. My advice for better inhales is to breathe into your stomach instead of your chest, as it will alleviate any tightness you may feel. I hope this helps!

I do the same with breathing techniques and posture, I like sitting spine straight on the floor and doing breathing exercises before I start a gassho or void meditation.

I tap into my various energies as well, along with focusing the healing energies and the white light received from the meditation to where it needs to go.
