Active covens
By:

Hi,

I was wondering if there were any active covens that would accept someone like me and teach me and help me learn? The one I'm in now doesn't seem very active at all.

All covens are willing to help individuals who want to learn and grow. When it comes to wanting a coven that is active, I would message either a council member or a regular member and ask more about the coven's activity.

Look at each coven and the ones that catch your eye message a council member or a regular member and ask if the coven is active or not really active.

Depending on what you're looking for, Raven's Gate is very active. We have quite a large number of members on each day, an active chatter, and there is always a new post (usually multiple ones) in our forums.

Ravens Gate is also very diverse in information, practitioners of all levels, and paths each individual follows. We have temporarily made our forms public for everyone to see. Here is the link:

If our topics of discussion suits your interests, then you may consider Ravens Gate. Of course, there is still the application process you need to go through, and we do require all members to be active. I wish you the best in your search. Blessed be.

Note : Raven's Gate forums were closed to the public yesterday afternoon.

Most of the covens onsite are willing to help their fellow coven members, but teaching is a process that takes +6 months and can be difficult to find within an online setting. You might be able to ask for advice in some covens, but in others, there is a firm support network that can help direct you in the necessary direction, share experiences, or just have casual conversation.

As suggested, your best bet is to go through the covens list and reach out to the members in any coven that catches your eye. Asking about activity is one way to see if the coven is a match, another is to ask the members how they actually feel in said coven. Each coven forum has the ability to create its own environment that best suits the members in the group, and its important to reach out to these members, who could easily become coven kin, to find out if the people and the environment match well together.
