If i have been seeing transparent figures moving constantly, does that mean that my third eye is open? I know that there is one or two spirits in my home.

I dunno about the first part. When my third eye opens I don't see spirits but if I focus my eyes and meditate a bit, I can see the flower of life wherever I look (it's hard to explain)
As for sleeping. Yes. As you sleep especially under the REM stage, your third eye opens enough to produce the brain chemical dimethyltryptamine (DMT) which creates the closed eye visuals and stimulus known as dreams.
This chemical is also found in many plants that are used in shamanism practices and rituals to assist in opening the third eye and exploring astral-like realms.

I get what you mean, I have meditated last night before i have headed to sleep. I have gotten a few visions, and I have healed up my energy.
I have been more sensitive to a crowded room, i feel like the energy of all of the people is over whelming. It's hard to describe the feeling except for what i just said. In the past i have been able to see a couple people's aura's in the corner of my eye, but not clearly or fully.
You made me realize I've never been in a crowded room before. If I ever am I'll try to see what you mean. Usually I ignore people and can shut on and off my ability to see auras. But if I look off to the side of someone with "blurred focus" (I let my eyes relax while I try hard to see color) and usually if the background is white and the lighting is good I can see them easily.
I want to see if I can read auras in the astral realm, like if I saw my parents.
