In need of a remedy.
By:

I have been looking into herbs for teas. Is there something that will help at least a little to ease a headache caused by a menstral cycle? I am miserable, laying down and sleeping is not an option nor is pain medication. It's not something the doctor could actually do. I know that magic and things such as herbs can't completely wipe out the symptoms. Any advice on herbs or mixtures would be greatly appreciated.

You could make a tea with around 6 grams of Vitex agnus-castus herbs. It should relieve some of the headache caused by menstruation. Although it is most used for the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

Have you every tried a energy/reiki tactic? I have used this quite often.

What you will need:

  • a pink or purple crystal
  • your hands
  • 3 deep breathes.

If you can find a place to sit with the crystal.

Cup your hands together with the crystal inside.

Imagine a warm energy going through your arms, coming from your crystal. Once your hands are warm take three deep breaths. Place your hands over your lower abdomen, release the energy that you have gained. This should ease any ache and pain in any part of the body. This will not always work or get rid of the pain completely, but should help. I have tried this and it has worked for me.

I hope it works for you.

Blessed be.

Rooibos tea can help

I'd recommend Chamomile

You can also try wild lettuce either as a tea or tincture. Mimosa bark or mimosa flowers work well too.
