I need a chakra cleanse so I can communicate with my guides. Apparently mines are blocked. If anyone can give me a cleanse or work with me to contact them that would be great. Either or both is greatly appreciated. :)
Depending on tradition, opening even a single chakra can take several lifetimes. The seven-chakra system which is so widely popular was not so common a belief among the many, many systems of energy centers in the body, from the same region, in variants of the same tradition. I seem to have lost my link to a rather brief abstract on the topic. That said, it does not invalidate the practice. But I digress.
The best options seem to be meditation, energy work, and exercise in nature.
Envisioning their opening, the circulation of energy through them up and down the spine and into the earth and heaven, and more can be beneficial. Walking in nature, connecting to the earth, trees, sky, and animals, can be helpful.
The best easy method is get into a meditation state of mind and pose. From there visualize a white pure light beam coming down through your chakras with each deep inhalation and for each exhale visualize the unwanted energy leaving. If you don't know if your cleanse or not use a pendulum to make sure and do as many times as you like.
Middle pillar ritual and banish ritual of the pentagram are also good alternatives.
I'd like to share a method of visualization i was gifted.
I work from the root upwards. I visualize a large red flame originating in the base/root that grows to encompass the whole aura. I feel all of the negative primal/base desires originating in the root being purged/ balanced/ transformed.
I then visualize an orange flame for the sacral, yellow for the solar and so on while invoking associated feelings and thoughts for each to crystalize the cleansing process. Best of luck =)
