What all is possible with energy manipulation? I've seen so many posts that all say different things, like some claim you can levitate small objects like pencils and marbles, and some say you can create mirrages with the energy. I was also wondering about flairing, and if it was even possible. So, are any of theese things true?
Some of the things on this site ate true and others are merely fluff. The best way to see if something works is to do it! Flaring might be legitimate but human eyes are far from perfect and often see what they want to see.
Energy manipulation is the practice of raising emotional or spiritual "energy" (I really dislike how generic of a term this is, as it creates so much confusion) to direct it towards a desired end, whether in a spell, ritual, prayer, or what have you.
This energy is not physically manifest; it is more figurative, though there are ways to 'sense' the energy, or exercises to induce a sensation to better equate to how this energy is moved, accumulated, directed, gathered, etc.
The most direct equation of this energy is that of emotional intensity.
For something physical to occur, physical energy needs to be used. You can manipulate subtle energies to the high winds all you like, but without corresponding physical energy, you're not going to be able to create something out of nothing.
The second thing to keep in mind is that not every magical practice involves energy work, or even holds to the belief in non-physical energy. We can't tell you what you can believe in, but we can tell you the different viewpoints on the matter so that you may consider them for yourself and build your own viewpoints through speculation, trial, and error.
Just remember that everything beyond science is merely a belief. You have to figure out what you resonate with.
I agree with everyone who posted so far. A lot of things aren't true on this site. However with energy manipulation a lot of things are possible but takes time to develop through mediation.
This possible could be seeing auras, the ability to influence others auras, transferring energy, assist in healing, etc. The actual usage of energy has no limit if that is your thing and properly trained. BUT physical manifestation really isn't possible how others claim. You'd have to be extremely gifted in that area to physically affect your surroundings.
