So I recently learned that spells can't change DNA and stuff what if I wished for a bracelet that would morph me into the opposite gender would that work?

Nope, no physical changes are possible with magick. You can buy or make jewelry and use your energy as well as various materials to enchant it. But the enchantment must be within the realm of possibility. Like a money drawing charm as an example.

As has already been said, spells and other magickal workings cannot change you physically.

Whether you are undertaking a short spell, a long drawn out ceremonial ritual or an enchantment, etc, magick cannot change your DNA or change you physically.

You are as you are and magick won't be able to do anything to change that, the same applies for those who want to be a different species or a mythical creature, physical transformations with any form of magick working are not possible.
