Coven Article Project

Hello fellow coven members!!

I am wondering if any of you would be interested in a group project?

I was thinking we could collectively pick a topic and then each put our knowledge into it to write a collaborative article for the coven :)

Alright, so I read your proposal as you already know and I love it! I just haven't had time to give my thoughts on it in depth. But basically, I would really love to do a coven article collaboration on visualization of energy. The differences in how we percieve things. The color or pattern I see my shield is not the same as others. The way one sees the pentagram of LBRP will be different depending on whom you ask. So giving sample quotes from different members on how they experience and see such things I think would be cool. I know a lot of new members feel self concious and are often looking for, "the right way" without realizing there are many right ways. I mean, there is utter nonsense as well but what is right for some isn't right for all and will differ. Not everything is set in stone and there is more than one way to go about something.

Examples I would like used are as follows:

• Lesser Banishing Ritual
• Shielding
• Directing Energy

I could write on basic herbalism and my experience with it !

Hey guys and gals! I am so glad to see there has been interest in this project, yay!! :)

Just to clear up a few things (as my idea may not have been clearly written), this article I would like us all to write is going to be one collaborative article on a singular topic.

What I thought we could do first is pick one topic we can all share information on, so at this point in the project what we need to do is pick a topic.

To do this what I would like you all to do is to write what topic you would like us all do an article on as a response post to this thread :)

Once we get a list of topics I would like to go through them and then we can choose one topice to work on for one collaborative article :)

It looks like visualization of energy and basic herbalism have been brought up, are there any other topics you would all like to write on as a group?

If you have an idea abut a topic you would like to share your knowledge on for this group article, please write your choice of topic in a response to this thread. Don't be shy, everyone in the coven is welcome to share their input and knowledge in this project, but first we need a topic :)

It looks like basic herbalism and the visualization of energy have been brought up thus far, do you have a topic you'd like to add to the list that we will pick our article topic from?

Hey so I think we should work on a group blessing for Jorune. Me and Tempest will lead it. We will do it over Skype group call. Other participents do not have to be on voice call but should have their speakers turned on so that they can follow along. Here we will discuss the chant we will use and the materials. The materials may vary from person to person but I would like the chant to remain universal. We can still make an article out of this by the end of it. All particepents will be given credit in the article which I will publish. Let me know what you all think.

I have already come up with the ingredient list we will be using.

Which will be as follows:

1. Frankincense
2. Bay Leaf
3. Spring Water (Charged in sun for four hours or more)
4. Salt

Simple short list. Everything but the frankincense you can get at any grocery store. Heather will be coming up with the chant we'll be using since she is excellent at mantras and chanty things.
