If you are wanting powers to control or cast fire, you are going to be disappointed, because magick cannot used like that, it's more subtle.

magick is a neutral energy found in nature. spells take this energy, giving it a positive or negative charge in the process, and set it on the casters desired path to bring the desired change. these changes are natural, and work be effecting the flow of energy around people and a given situation. if it cannot be done naturally, it cannot be done magickally on the physical plane. humans cannot control fire, so no spell will give you this ability [just as you cannot say some words and fly. we had to invent the plane because humans cannot fly]

What I believe you are attempting to develop is an ability called pyrokenisis which is the ability to influence fire and possibly even ignite and extinguish fire with the power of your mind. Pyrokenisis is an ability that's easy to learn but difficult to master. To begin clear your mind do whatever meditative things it is you do to get into the zone I start just about everything with the original void meditation. Then when you feel right light a candle and look at the blue part of the bottom flame. Allow yourself to drift into the fire and become part of its substance. When you have connected to the substance of the flame and can feel it in you then go ahead and attempt to make the flame fliccker, grow, shrink, or even go out completely. I never persued the skill to the point of ignition but can almost extinguish a candle flame. Good luck!
