thank you,
you have just saved me the trouble of telling hundreds of people that I can't make snow appear in Summer or change exam results from six months ago or create alternate timelines, yes, people have requested all of those, magic does the will of the universe when your will is the same as that of the universe, you cannot change fate with magic, remember that, people reading this.

Thank you it was well written, but there is one thing I wanted to point out here since this will be read by many people who is just starting out.

About the "Gaining extra energy" paragraph:
-Don't pull energy from a living being. and If you are willing to pull energy from a tree, ask permission first! after all trees are still living beings.
-Don't over pull energy that you won't use.. if u do, make some use of any protection method that work best for you.
-Use your common since when you gather elemental or crystal energy, make sure they don't mash up ; you may get unusual type of energy that you don't need to use..
-Pull energy from one source a time. don't be hasty and good luck :)

For some of us with a history of Violent leg injuries like myself i recommend eighter sitting in the chair with both feet on the floor like Starrie said but i also recommend sitting on the floor with both legs straight out and keeping neck and back straight that way we do not fall asleep during meditation.

Out of many introductions I've ever read this is one of the best!
It explains many different aspects that beginners should know in simple terms.

Thank you!
