Hello! I have the ability to see spirits and their mood passes on to me. Some even cause me a headache. I haven't fully developed this ability yet. Would anybody please help me improve this ability and maybe even teach me some magic(k) pertaining to this ability. Please help through an email or whatever works better for you. I usually tell people that want to improve things like that to check out Binaural beats on you tube. It's similar to meditation only it keeps some people more on track. If you know how to meditate, that works too. I like the shaft meditation, but everyone is different.
As far as the mood that you feel,given you are able to identify the mood as not being your own, I think your doing well with it. If you work on meditation it could help with that as well. You may want to learn shielding in case the ability becomes to much.
As far as magick pertaining to the ability,I would say that is more based on what spirits your seeing and wishing to work with. You could call to them to help you with magick, but I have honestly never seen a human spirit that is wandering give me the impression that he/she was interested in helping with magick. I don't see them often, but when I do, they are generally coming from no where and going to no where and usually act almost as if I'm not there. No bios are frustrating, but this ability is actually quite common, so there is no harm in answering this question, as it may save us from answering it hundreds of times over. Because I work in lots of metaphysical aspects, I recommend taking this to psychic, not witchcraft. This ability is called clairvoyance and clairsentice, if you can hear them whispering to you too, that's clairaudience. You can develop on these abilities by meditating and cultivating virtue to build on vibrational energy.
