There are a lot of strange spells on this site, many people try to claim that they can invoke physically formed demons for various reasons. The truth of the matter is that it is most likely wishful thinking and they probably couldn't even manage to summon a basic spirit with the similar description, depiction, or attitude as a succubus or incubus.

I don't know why do people fantasize when they see an attractive human being? Why do teenagers sneak onto adult sites? Because they wish to derive pleasure from them, and to hear that there is entity out there that will provide immense pleasure to them at no cost, apparently to them. It's all in a person's viewpoint really. Someone who invokes, or wants to invoke, dark entities such as demons, may not label them as 'evil'. It's the same concept as 'selling you soul to the devil' and things such as that nature I'd think, where the person who is doing it is doing it to fulfill a desire, be it power, sex or otherwise, and is not looking at the moral standpoint of good and evil. It's a way to get what they want, that's all they care about.

Well incubus and succubuses are spirits of a legend. Males and Females that drain pleasure from their hosts. In some places people believe incubuses and succubuses live upon them draining the pleasure from the people, so they live in fear.

I personally believe they are the spirits of pleasure.
