mermaids?

Came someone please help me I'm new here and I would really love to know more about mermaids please anyone is welcome.

Mermaids not at all what you would think they would be, also known as sirens or niads, mermaids are blue creatures with a voice like a dolphine. Mermaids are very special creatures, but do not try the spells that turn you into a mermaid, because they do not work. Mermaids are legendary creatures traced back when earth was created.
