weather spell

does any one know how to decrease the time it takes a spell to work
I did one to make it snow but it took month to work and happen as spring was coming and I like spring

with that kind of time frame, i doubt it was your spell.

certain spells can be sped up if you put in some effort. example, cast a job spell, pass out 3 resume's a day. for things like weather spells [some don't believe they work, let's say they do for argument] you should cast a couple nights in a row to give more energy to the spell. this would go for any spell where you can't influence it yourself, like a luck spell. spells like love and healing you can do things like talk to people and/or drink chamomile tea.
