I'd like to preface this by saying it's not about me but about some others I've encountered here.

Would it be possible to add a "non binary" and/or a "private/perefer not to answer" gender option? I've met some people that would prefer that... they're non binary and they're not represented.

The ability to edit forum posts would be good. Also, members should be able to delete any spells, articles, etc that they post.

I often want to like posts that I read. It could be another option to respond to each other as a community should, when one of us speaks, without having to write it in a post. It may also help those new to the site and new to the information we offer, navigate and learn what is good info and what is not. I love the monthly newsletter aspect and I often thought an encompassing one for the site with each coven contributing a little something on the regular would be another good way to get everyone communicating across the site. I know we are many aspects from all over the world coming to this place to learn and grow together. We welcome all but must help to guide each other as we communicate.Being diverse and teaching each other is how we foster acceptance and understanding between our differences.

Looking forward to the changes to come, may the site and all whom have been and will be apart of it receive many blessings<3

I worry personally with members having an ability to delete their spells and articles; that especially if they contribute much; mass information may be deleted. Along with this what if I genuinely love a member's spell, only to look for it and find it gone?

I very much agree with an ability to like posts. It may help further validate members information and may be another way to indicate members whom are helpful and respectful whom may not have a rank otherwise.

The main suggestion I wish to add is that the spacing issue across browsers is fixed if possible. Recently I have tested this glitch across chrome, brave, a browser with the word kiwi I forget the name. The next I intend to try is opera. I believe this issue may still happen with firefox as well but am not certain. To note I am on mobile currently. I do not use a desktop at the moment.

I'm not sure if this has been suggested but perhaps an off topic subforum. As it stands I am aware this is a site to discuss witchcraft; yet I wonder if an off topic forum containing threads involving, movies, music, hobbies and the like; may promote activity or help members get to know each other in a different way.

I'm not sure if Petrarca will see my comment but I think he should add the feature for folks on this site to delete their own spells. I believe it would help "declutter" old, fluffy, unreliable spells.

I don't know if it could be feasible, but I think it might help deter some of the spammers unloading a dumptruck worth of posts all at once if there were a cool-down implemented in the forums, like X posts per Y time then have to wait a few minutes or similar -- even like two minutes. A lack of ability to post could turn some bots away, and perhaps constant attempt to still post during the cool-down would simply elongate the duration of the cooling off period. It could also help save some bandwitch (ha!) OK, bandwidth ... when an enthusiastic poster also has a lot to say.

I think one specific quality-of-life change needed is a way to report spam posts within spell and article discussions- similarly to how one can tag individual forum posts as spam.

I have noticed a sudden uptick on bot-bombs showing up within those places, and it would be a time-saver for mods as it would save them having to go through all the thousands of spells and articles cleaning them out whenever this happens.

Maybe we could get a rank in the system called ‘inactive’ which you get when you haven’t been online for a significant amount of time.
