If you don't want to dream at all, put a scissor under your pillow. You will sleep a peaceful, dreamless sleep.

Very often I have prophetic dreams, I see nothing wrong with them, and silently acknowledge them when they come true, although sometimes I only realize I had the dream when it does come true.
If you really have a problem, a dream catcher is probably a safe bet, but make it yourself, and bless or charge it to remove the dreams. My mother often has weird dreams, and my solution to her, which I use if I have nightmares, is to put a piece of amethyst under your bed or pillow, or a lot of it around your room. It absorbs negativity. Just cleanse it after, and make sure it is cleansed before.
Another good idea for peaceful sleep is lavender. I used to make a little mojo bag, if you will, for sleeping soundly, and I often filled it with lavender. You can just some fresh under your pillow.

All I can think of at the moment. Best of luck!
