It's true that demons are not really evil or good. God gave all creation free will. Demons have been best known to choose to make choices different from angels. They're rebellious creatures indeed, but not truly evil. It's the descions they make are evil.

Satan is the same way. He hates humans because they are made from earth and not fire. God wanted fire to serve earth and Satan refused and went a little over the top. The descion to defy God is known as evil, that's the problem.

Satan does not hate humans, he gave us our chakras so that we could be as gods. I wouldn't do that if I hated someone? And god didn't crate everything, evolution did.

Okay, I can see an argument forming, so I'd like to offer up my view. I see God (though I dislike the title) not as a being, but as a personification of the Ether, the collective consciousness that connects us all together. I believe the notions of God and Satan are evolutions of other religious beliefs incorporated into Christianity. I don't believe in any kind of "Satan" and think of demons as spirits, though not ghosts by any means, that reside in another dimension. When Guardian Demons were described to me, I don't see how there are any different than guardian angels, who I see as souls that have dedicated their existence to simply helping us. I'm happy to discuss my theories with anyone.

So you say demons are not good nor evil, but is it possible to summon one that isn't necessarily friendly? Like, one that would want to hurt you?

Well , If we look more we can find an other old religion , really older than Christian Before even we can find a Empire named Greek !
It is Zoroastrian ... also WhiteRav is right ... there are two Jesus .. One we all know who had a religion right ? the other one lived before him His Name Was Kourosh , i think u call it Cyrus ... any way he captured mmm, i cant remember name of the region but now u call it Israel , after it the people called him Massih (Jesus) that means Savior ... i think u all know that ( i should notice that it is not my religion and im writhing what i know ! )
The Deamon Is same as Diw in this religion but diw was some thing not like fallen angles , well some of them were same as humans and some were big with horns but they all were bad ! and evil was very powerful , the name of satan is Ahriman , also the gods name is Ahura Mazda ... we never had Hell , but Ahura Mazda will send guides to those who respect to religion and Ahura Mazda and guides them to Pardis ... the word Paradise, comes from Pardis if u read about it ... Also there are some notes there about the Zahhak that can be same with sun of evil ... ( im not sure about the last sentence ! )

Blessed be,

A summoning circle is absolutely required in my practice. It is not only for protection, but to consecrate an area of ground in order to help the spirit or demon gain access to the material world; an area of "thicker energy", if you will. The circle also constrains the spirit so that it is required to do your bidding.

"Demonolatrists" (from demonolatry) generally don't require circles, so that's a valid view; but I wanted to ensure that it is understood that in some practices, a circle is most definitely not pointless.

But they are pointless. I do not use a circle but I do not call upon them in "un clean" area's
