a persons energy

i had a question my sister told me that if you get a blood transfer from some one else that you could get there energies is this true ?

Of course, blood is energy.

energy gets applied to us on a daily basis from every concievable interaction, no matter how brief and no matter what you interact with.

Blood transfusions would be an extremely large source of energy from a specific individual.

(as an aside, sanguine vampires wouldnt drink blood if there was no energy there)

Receiving donated blood will give the energy that resides in the blood but it will not give you all of a persons energy. It can help your body repair itself and cause you to have a greater connection to the donor but it will not cause you to have power over them or give you their powers.
