well the problem right now isn't about a priest or priestess in the coven..the problem are the fluffs. but i guess that problem has reduced now. For the last 2 weeks i haven't met a fluff online in Spell Casters. So i guess, things are improving :)

Nekoshema made a valid point. You should not complain about something you do not even try to invest time into to make better.
There is indeed potential within that Coven and it is true, not everyone there is a fluff. However, the majority are.
If you want less fluff, add more intelligence into the equation. Fluffs become silent when Knowledge and Intelligence, and Maturity enter the room.
Try to guide them in the right direction. If they make the choice to refuse. Then, do not try to press for you'd be wasting your time.

Also, why let stupidity run free? It is bound to corrupt those who are unsure and ultimately it'll misguide them and waste their time. We look down on those Who Chose to be ignorant and plainly stupid. As long as I am here Fluffs will not be at peace. For I call out their errors. At first, I'll try to guide them in the right way, by directing them to the basics of magick, if that fails by their choice to remain in la la land then, one I will not bother, two since they choose to act stupid I'll treat them accordingly, and three I'll hope that they'll change.
