Coven App Problem: Help?

So, I wanted to apply to take over Practical Witches but it says my "coven application has already been used" and that I can only apply fora coven once. I'm sure I never applied for any coven on this website. What does this mean?

Hello.

You have a few requirements before you can manage to "take over" a coven.

Your account must be at least 3 months old, if not more. And mainly it's up to Petrarca who gets to be HP of an inactive coven.

I don't exactly know why it's telling you this, maybe you applied twice, by accident? That's my only guess.

did you apply for more than one coven leadership position?

No,

I never applied at all.

I just clicked on the Practical Witches one to see what it would do and then that error message came up.
