Feeling Drained

Ever since i started practicing magick I've always felt so drained and tired. Before I started, I could go to bed at 4 AM, wake up at 8 and be fine all day. Last night I was so tired I went to sleep at 8 PM, woke up at 11AM, and here it is almost 6 PM here, and im struggling to keep my eyes open. Does it have something to do with the energy I'm using? I've been practicing energy manipulation but I've been using external sources... Any help would be much appreciated!

I think that even the act of manipulating psychic energies (even outside-sourced energies), would be exhausting... also, since you're opening up your personal energy to be able to sense and manipulate these things, perhaps it leaks out (or shifts off-center)? So, I'd recommend (a) finding ways to replenish yourself, since you practice energy manipulation this should be easy-- and sleep and eating, of course, especially if meditations take time away from proper sleep. Which connects to (b) "grounding" or closing up your extra senses when you're not using them. Alternatively, you can (c.) shield up-- make a kind of second skin to keep your personal energy from leaking out. And then there's (d.) developing your center, since maybe so much practice has caught you off-balance. Hope this helps!

Thanks, it does help. To make that shield what would I do? Make a regular bubble shield and program it to keep my energy in?

do you live alone?
i suspect that a person which lives with you might be an energy vampire
but it is eird that s/he started stealing your energy from the day you started practicing witchcraft
it doesn't supposeto be this way
try some energy elivating spells
and drink tons of coffee (or use any other kinds of stimulant drugs)
