Two nights ago I was resting in bed when I felt an odd sensation, so I opened my eyes and immediately noticed a figure standing by my bedside. I blinked in surprise and as soon as he was there he was gone. I'm not much of an artist but I managed to draw a picture of what he looked like, and I have done some research but the closest thing he resembled is from something called the Carmelites, but I don't know too much about it. I have the sketch in my photos, does anyone know who this might be?
The Carmelites are a small, Catholic religious order of monks and nuns founded in the 12th century and still active today. I'm not sure why one of them would be visiting you. Or is it just that the figure was robed?
I was actually thinking about getting an Ouji board relatively soon, and ever since the encounter I have been having nightmares so I don't believe he was a very, well, pleasant being.
Usually hooded figures standing over the bed isn't a desired thing. No. He gets an A+ for creepiness right there.
Don't worry about who he is. If a stranger walks into your home wearing a bunny suit, it doesn't matter that he is wearing a bunny suit or where he received the bunny suit. You have a stranger in your home and they're creepy. You call the cops.
When you have a spirit that is pushing their boundaries into your personal space, it's time to kick them out. Banish, cleanse, and then protect your room to prevent any other spirits from preying on you while you sleep.
Spirits that create nightmares take in the energy from the fear. Sometimes they will just move on to easier victims. Other times they will just get stronger and then create fear by haunting. So unless you want to begin hearing things next, or have things moving around by seemingly invisible hands, I suggest you show him the door forcefully.
