First, sit in a relaxed position and close your eyes. Then clear your thoughts and take long breaths to relax your mind. Mind is very essential to perform this spell. Then, imagine a white energy from your chakras flowing through your hands and coming out of your fingers and getting accumulated at your palms. Then, bring your palms close to each other in cup shaped and they must be having at least 8 to 10 cm distance to create a psi ball. After creating a psi ball, imagine a fire source like sun, campfire, candle or any other inflammable object near you. Then, imagine a reddish flux of energy coming out of the fire and getting mixed with your psi ball,turning it red and hot. Try this until you get a fireball in your hands.
This may take a lot of practice. It can take 1-2 years to create a perfect fireball if you are a newbie. Otherwise you can accomplish it within 3-4 months depending upon your energy and concentration levels since it requires great amount of concentration and energy to just create a fireball.

Place the pyramid on the stone while facing the water. Place the candle behind the pyramid. Place the incense in front of the pyramid (use common sense. Put the incense on a piece of metal). Light the candle and the incense. Chant this once: I call upon the stormy sky, charge this pyramid with your power. It is done.
Put out the candle. Let the incense burn out. This works best I you use a small amount of incense. Also, it is imperative that this is done on a cloudy day.
This spell doesn't require much in fact all you need to do is go outside and have fun. Now you go outside and feel the breeze (or wind depending on how strong it is outside.) You move your arms and a direction or the way you want the wind to blow. Now focus on the wind, imagine it flowing through you and out your hands. And it should blow in the direction you want it to.

Sit down while wind is blowing (if it's in grass, it's better). Close your eyes and don't let anything and anyone distrub you. Stand outside (preferably near a pond or pool). Envision the dark storm raging where you stand. Dip your wand/Staff into the water. (If you don't have a wand or staff then use your index finger on your dominant hand.) Point it straight up (keep envisioning) and chant the following 3 times: Dark spirits I ask of thee, bring me a storm of great power. The dark storm shall rage and rage with no relent and nothing shall succeed to end it. Bring me rain, bring me thunder, bring me lightning, bring me wind, bring the darkness of the storm.
