Go to a place with no wind, then concentrate very hard. Feel the wind surging around you, building up with energy until you wish to release it; when you do, chant 2 times: "Wind, wind come to me. Let me control you, move you, obey me as I please, so mote it be".
Afterward the wind will do as obeyed whether it make a pleasant breeze or a violent storm. But remember, this spell takes time to learn. You might want to practice for five minutes every day, and at the most you should have the wind obey you freely as possible by a week or two.
It's to call a thunderstorm. Keep in mind that a summoning weather is selfish as it takes one areas weather and puts in yours. Then they might have a drought. This however speeds things along.

On a decent day go outside and visualize wind blowing really hard. Also channel energies into this spell. Then say: "Wind of north south east and west come out of hiding come to the world all four winds I call to thee. Blow at your worst so mote it be"! Also remember to channel energies into this spell.
Just to keep warm from anywhere from a couple of minutes to a couple hours. You still might be a bit numb, but you'll stay warm. You may need to keep recasting it every so often but it should still work so no worries.

Sit down and place some sticks on the ground in the shape of a bow use leaves for string. Chant this "Zeus, Poseidon and Hades. I call upon your power to use a weapon of faith."
Clasp the ice cube between your hands, almost as if you were praying but hold it tightly. Next say an ice prayer that goes like this: "I-c-e- I-c-e- p-r-a-y-e-r" And then after that let the ice melt in your hands.
First, sit in a relaxed position and close your eyes. Then clear your thoughts and take long breaths to relax your mind. Mind is very essential to perform this spell. Then, imagine a white energy from your chakras flowing through your hands and coming out of your fingers and getting accumulated at your palms. Then, bring your palms close to each other in cup shaped and they must be having at least 8 to 10 cm distance to create a psi ball. After creating a psi ball, imagine a fire source like sun, campfire, candle or any other inflammable object near you. Then, imagine a reddish flux of energy coming out of the fire and getting mixed with your psi ball,turning it red and hot. Try this until you get a fireball in your hands.
This may take a lot of practice. It can take 1-2 years to create a perfect fireball if you are a newbie. Otherwise you can accomplish it within 3-4 months depending upon your energy and concentration levels since it requires great amount of concentration and energy to just create a fireball.
