You and your friend (or family member) will think of a place you know well what you will look like and think about this place while half asleep (even in sleep). Meditation before helps more by clearing the mind.

Fall asleep still thinking about where and what you'll look like and if your friend (or family member) does them same you'll meet in the dream. If it doesn't work try many more nights don't give up.

Go to a place which is silent and where you can concentrate and tap your feet 3 times. Clap you hands 3 times. Click your fingers near the ears of your partner 3 times. Chant "3 times"

Tap your right feet 2 times. Clap your hands 2 times. Click you fingers near the ears of your partner 2 times. Chant "2 times"

Tap your right feet once. Clap your feet once. Click your fingers near the ears of your partner once. Let your partner chant "10,000 spirits come to me"

Before his/her hands look like the zombies when they walk, end the spell by shaking your partner and telling him/her to do the sign of the cross and gently slapping him/her on the right cheek.

Take one piece of the chosen wood and cut to appropriate size then sand it smooth. Say in a strong voice (after meditating) " I call upon the goddess to make this wand suitable for magic purposes. Make it as strong as I and as I continue to gain strength so will it, so mote it be."

First you need to sit down and close your eyes. Then meditate for about 2 minutes then cup your hands but keep them about 3 inches apart and imagine your energy flowing into your hands creating a ball imagine it getting bigger and bigger. If you are doing it right you should feel a tingling feeling, it should feel like you are holding a real ball. If you keep workig on it you can start having a little fun with it, there are a lot of ways to have fun with the PSI ball both alone and with your friends.

To call a Watcher, go to a large field at dusk. It should not be in use for growing crops. The best is one with tall grass in it that still leaves the soil accessible. For each Watcher you want to summon (you can have more than one), make a mound of dirt in the field. It doesnt have to be massive, but make it at least as tall as your hand.

Bury a dolls eye in each mound like a seed. Spill a few drops of blood to water, the mound. The blood lets the Watchers know who theyll be serving. Once this is completed, you are done with the first part of the ritual. Go home and enjoy the rest of your night.

For the best results, come back to the fields the next day before noon. A grey hand will be sticking straight out of the mound like a flower. Grasp the hand and pull. Your Watcher will come up extremely easily. Please note that you do not have to go back for your Watcher; it will dig itself out eventually and come to your house. It is highly suggested that you help it along, however, as this shows the Watcher your good intentions.

Once your Watcher is out of the ground, congratulations! You may now tell it to go wherever you want. You can use it to spy on people, or send it to a foreign country to learn about the culture. Every day you will simply wake up with the knowledge it has collected for you.

I said theres no fatal consequences for wrong moves. Thats true, but be mindful that you treat your Watcher well. It will never ask you for food, clothing, shelter, or anything, but it is recommended that you give these things anyway. At the very least, give it some time off. A few days per month are enough. If your Watcher becomes disgruntled, you will begin to forget small things during the day-nothing important, just big enough to cause minor annoyances. Then will come the nightmares. Theyll be just bad enough to make sleeping unpleasant. After a couple weeks of this, the nightmares and memory loss will suddenly cease. You will not wake up with new information. If this happens, youll know that your Watcher became so fed up with your ingratitude that it left.

If for any reason you want to get rid of your Watcher or no longer require its services, write your first and last name on a chalkboard and erase it one letter at a time. When the last letter is erased, you will not receive any new information, nor will you receive a penalty for letting your Watcher go.

Go to a large space you feel comfortable in. Start to loosen up a bit and start to move around a bit more like the animal in question, if it's a wolf take on a more of a loping gate maybe run a bit more or stalk birds about roll around in the grass. Whatever you do think about what the animal does naturally.
