On a flat surface lay down the pink or blue cloth. In the middle of the cloth place an item to represent your baby (such as a toy, item, or herb. *I used Jericho flowers for mine*)Around the item set up the candles for the elements creating the five pointed star for a pentagram. You may anoint the candles with the baby oil (while I was performing this spell the baby oil spilled and knocked over. When I picked it up I realized the image of a baby on the bottle had changed and it was now the image of my future baby that I was doing this blessing for.) Play with a baby toy if you are using one or don't have baby oil. If you would like now is the time to burn your incense. Chant:

Light three black candles and burn some protection incense. Chant three times repeatedly: "Protection around me, protection surround me, I call upon you to protect me. Mother Earth, air, fire, water, and spirit. I invoke the elements of the universe. The stars in the midnight sky. Protect me and keep me safe from all negativity, harm, and evil forces. Watch out for me and embrace me. As I will it, so mote it be!"
If you are performing this protection spell as a coven, for a friend, family member, or loved one; have each member of your coven repeat this chant. If you are doing this to protect someone other than yourself then simply change the word me to the persons name. Having that person present or a picture of that person will enhance this spell. When you are done waft the incense smoke towards you, your coven, or the person. If you are using an image of the person then move their image back and forth through the protection smoke.

Go find a tree outside and walk around in a circle three times. Each time you make a circle ask the tree " May I use your branch for magickal needs" another substitute is saying " may I use your branch for a wand"
If you feel a bad sense from the tree, or if it looks like as if it's shaking its head no, then it means the tree spirit does not want you to cut off it branches for a wand. If the tree said no, go to another tree and ask it and if it looks as if the tree is nodding his head yes or you get a good feeling about it, then it means you can cut the tree branch off and use it for magickal needs.
find a object, look at its aura by looking by the object with peripheral vision, after looking at the object for a while you will begin to see colors, this is the aura, if the object or plant seems to have any of the following colors: blue, gold, white then it means it has a good energy from it and it means it's OK to drain the energy from it, then you put out your hand and feel a strong of energy come from the object and go into your hand, and feel the energy enter your hand and keep on flowing from the object into your hand, feel the energy come as if the energy string is continuing to be pulled into your hand and feel it enter your hand muscles. If you have done this correctly you should feel full of energy and life, and you should feel good as well. Another exercise you could do is put out your hand and push your aura from your hand and arm out towards the object and then feel the string of energy coming inside your hand and being pulled into your hand, continue to pull the energy string into your hand, then once you are done feeding off of an object bring back your aura to your arm and hand and you should be good. Remember do not drain energy out of a person, it's better just to drain energy out of objects, if you do attempt draining energy out of a person then ask a psychic vamp to teach you how much or how less you drain, because they know what's too much and too little. And remember never drain the life completely out of a person it will have bad consequences for both you and that person. If I would drain out of a person I would only drain one minute maybe 2 minutes tops for their safety and mine as well.
*An Important note. To perform this you must either live off nothing but the land, giving back to it for weeks at a time until you have an animal spirit guide you.
