Reach to the heavens, call down the starlight, the moonlight, into yourself.
You are great, you are not, you are huge, you are small.
Open your arms wide and feel the universe around you, feel the presence of the one you want to contact.
Pull them towards you slightly, hugging their them-ness to yourself.
Be one with the world around you.
Ask this presence to help you, however you need help, be as undetailed or detailed as you like.
Thank this presence, then let it go, but with the knowledge that it is a part of you, and you of it.
