Well try this one.

Make a bath with sea salt.

Burn your favorite natural incense.

Play relaxing music.

Light three small soy candles.

Do not use the bathroom light you want this to be relaxing.

Go into the bath and be at peace.

Think of nothing.

And enjoy the relaxation.
