This is an addition to meditation 1. it is practically the same but for people who favor nature magic.
To start doing this form of meditation, do pretty much what you did in meditation 1, except this will require a bit of visualization. Allright, so once you hit the completly relaxed point, envision roots in the ground that link with your body. Once you have this picture in your head, invision orbs of energy coming up through the roots and into your body. imagine it all coming together up in your diaphram. Then, allow it to spread throughout your whole body and into all of ur chakras. you may do this for as long as you wish, but it is required that you do this until you get a tingly sensation to gain energy.
