Hi all, I'm away at university currently and while some of the staff joke about the ghost in dormitory, she has been keeping me away for the past week. I have seen many mentions about the Archangle Michael, Metatron, and Azrael and was hoping that someone might be able to provide me with a link or it's origins. I'm familiar with the sensations that entail being watched by a spirit and it always occurs between two and four in the morning (which is when spirits are most active). She feels panicked and sometimes terrified, and I want to help her cross over, but I'm lacking in knowledge. Please help me to help her.
