I have always thought that herbology was a very intresting subject. The use of herbs, and herbal remidies to cure things and help us spiritually like we did long before meds. But where to begin if you don't where to start? There is tea's, incenses, growing and storing herbs, herbal uses, and the list goes on and on. It's even harder if your someone like me who is extremely sensitive to taste, touch, and smell. Because where to begin and what to use get's lost and confusing.

So for those of you out there who are more experinced with herbology and the different forms of using herbs, i have a few questions....

1) Do you recommend any books or websites to help someone get started, or was there maybe a book or site that helped you when you started?

2) If someone wants to get into drinking herbal tea, for overall a healthier life-style or to always have handy some herbal remidies, what would you recommend to start with? Instead of going out and buying 50-million different types of tea's, is there a way to understand tea drinking without over-spending ?

and lastly

3) What do you love most about herbology? Is there a personal favorite way that you use herbs? Do you prefer drinking tea, or using herbs for medical purposes? What do you love about it?

Thank you for reading, and i hope that i can not only help myself in understanding where to start, but others as well
