Go outside. If thee is a breeze blowing, that's good. If not, use a wind spell to summon one. Imagine you and the wind are one. Aim your focus on the wind. When you feel the sense of comfort deep inside you, speak your message into the wind. If it's to the wind, say after your message, "Spirits of the Wind, Air and Sky, this message is to you. This is my will, so mote it be!"

If it's to a person, let's say the name was Billy and the message was Meet Me At The Tether Ball Court Tomorrow At School, you would say, "Meet me at the tether ball court at school tomorrow. This message is for Billy, not (say someone's name) or (say another name), it is for Billy's ears only. I hope the spirits of Wind, Air and Sky will deliver this message safely to him. The part about talking to the wind? You can talk to the wind whenever you want, with or without some spell or ritual to do so. Just speak to it. To pass a message to someone else? No. That is fake. It will not work.

This does not work. The air element is not your messenger. There are some contact spells that utilize the wind to work, but they do not claim the wind will give a verbatim message to someone. A contact spell would make a person think of you and contemplate contacting you. It would not relay ''meet me here at this time'' to someone.
