First off, close your eyes. Put your right arm out, and imagine electricity or lighting somewhere in your left half of the body. Imagine it coming into your right hand or arm. You may feel sparks or tingling, which is good.

what should it feel like idk i felt a tiny bit of tingling

You cannot control electricity or air. You might charge Magikal energy and it might feel electric, but you cannot summon electricity out of thin air with Real Magik.
