This really works.

So that explains how i first felt this energy

Not strong for me but I def felt some tingles! With a bit of time I will easily be able feel energy

This might work for some. There are other techniques if it does not.

If my head feels heavy does it mean it worked

Heaviness could indicate you drained your own energy and need to charge to balance your body. Have something sweet or take a nap. [if you feel light it means you have too much energy and should eat something like bread/nuts or take a barefoot walk in the grass to ground]
