While you are wearing your bracelet or piece of jewelry, hold up a glass of water and chant: "God of the sea come please help me. I want to keep my feet but have powers (name your power(s). I want to be like you so help me please."

This is a fake spell, you can't get ''sea powers'' from a spell.

Do you have to drink the water afterwords ???

It doesn't say to do that. I will caution you, this is less a spell and more a wish and it is not going to give you whatever powers you ask for.

You cannot gain sea powers with Real Magic. Look into sea witchcraft.
