I would either leave it outside in the storm, or collect storm water and place the ring inside it for a day to fully charge with the storms energy. Be sure the ring will not tarnish in water.

Sometimes i think about charged item, if you put it in the ground will it grounding? like ''static Grounding'' or ''static Grounding Tanker truck''? will the charged item better placed in Altar or Table or Cabinet, which is far from ground level and not touching ground?

Correct, you are returning the energy to the earth. Placing an item away from the ground will not work. Items need the direct contact. You could hold the item and have the energy enter you and then you ground the energy, but I would not recommend that. If it is safe to do so, place the item in a bowl of salt. You can also get a bowl of soil from outside and place the item in that. If you are hoping to cleanse an item, you can do other methods besides grounding. A mirror box for instance would reflect the energy back at the object and keep it from seeping out until you find a way to cleanse it.
