Casting Instructions for 'Ice Powers'
You will need the following items for this spell:
- Cup of water
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 big seashell
- 1 small seashell
- Hands
- Clock
- Salt

- Cup of water
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 big seashell

- Clock
- Salt
Put some salt in the water. Put some salt in each of the shells. Put some salt water in each of the shells. Place the shells and ice cubes in the water. put each of your hands in the cup for 5 minutes each. You should get powers the next morning.

You can't gain ice powers with magick.
I always hate to disagree with you but I’m going to have to because my cousin is starting to make small pieces of snow just by waving his hands And I can stop spots of rain temporarily
I'll remind you roleplaying is against site rules. Magick doesn't contradict nature like you claim to do. If you were claiming you could perform weather magick, that would be different, but waving your hand and causing ice/raindrops isn't possible. This is reality, not Avatar The Last Airbender [as cool as it would be]
