  • Crystal (Or any small object) Psi ball experience
use e hand position you normally use for a Psi ball.If its straight turn it over so it an hold something.So one hand on top one on bottom. I use crystals to store energy just in case.Once you can hold something start to make a psi ball then visualize all that energy flowing into the Crystal (or object) When you feel no more energy you are done.
