Sit in meditation style.Now close your eyes but still imagine the room you are inside of.When you do that imagine that all room gets covers with a warm-white energy.Now Imagine all that energy gets smaller and smaller and forms a ball around you that you are inside of.Now think that ball is getting smaller and smaller and forms a small white orb beetween your hands.Silently chant ''(Optional)Please guardians and spirits of universe...Element of Spirit...Protect me(Optional)''Now raise your hands and the ball of white energy in your hands to sky and imagine that ball exploding and fills the room.Now you and this room is in safe

An interesting energy working, but it does seem plausible. This is a version of shielding. You charge energy and surround yourself in a protective shield. There are several ways to visualize the shield, but the steps are the same. Charge energy, imagine something surrounding you. The shape or image is up to you. If there is an image from pop culture you think of, you can use that. Think of a character charging up for an attack, a suit of armor, a hamsters ball, heck, Harry Potter wearing an invisibility cloak. Whatever makes you feel safe is what you think about when surrounding yourself with the energy you have charged.
