  • The Spell
  • Clear Mind
  • Your Night Time Ritual (if you have one)

After you have done your night time ritual make sure your mind is clear.

Make sure you have either your wand or hands 

Start by making a cross with your wand/hands starting from your head down to your belly then go to your left shoulder then the right and say this spell

"I ask thee god of dreams

Let me sleep without the scars of terror

Let my dreams be free and happy forever"
