To start off you'll have to imagine a circle around you if there's more than one person you want to protect imagine it expanding bigger so that their inside the circle to.
Now from you picture a HUGE explosion coming out of you but you'll have to focus really hard: picture sonic waves flowing from your anger and blasting the enemy away.
The spiritual energy is to focus on picturing a hard like shell shield or a bubble forming around you and your family.
